We're a small independent project, not a casino and not a support line for Duel.com. If your account, deposit, or withdrawal is stuck, the operator's own support can act on it — we can't. What we can do is document the table fairly, fix our mistakes fast, and point you to the right place.

Got a tip?

Saw something wild at the felt before we did? Send it. A link to the original clip or report is worth ten descriptions — we never repost media ourselves, so we need the source to document it. Put TIP in the subject line. The best tips end up on the moments timeline, sometimes as their own write-up like the Bonnie Blue cameo or the armless-dealer bit.

Spotted a correction?

We'd rather be right than first. If a date, name, number, or claim is off — an RTP figure, a misattributed quote, a wrong source — tell us and link the better evidence. Use CORRECTION in the subject. We log it, fix the page, and note the change. Accuracy is the whole point of a site that documents whether Duel Blackjack is rigged and untangles how the table actually works; a sloppy fact undercuts all of it.

Just a question?

Curious who Freakbob is, why Ossi “Monarch” Ketola dealt his own cards, or how the rakeback offer shakes out? Ask. If it's a good one, the answer often becomes an FAQ entry so the next person finds it without emailing.

We can't touch your Duel account. Deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, KYC, locked funds — only the operator can act on those. Contact Duel.com support directly through the site.

We won't share or sell anyone's media. We document adult and controversial moments factually and link out to original coverage, flagged with an NSFW-source badge. We do not host, embed, or repost that material, and we can't pass it along.
